MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL:

A successful company is only as good as the people who work for it.  With a combined thirty-plus years in the underground utility industry, Kevin Ketchmark, Danielle Mlaskoch, Kelly Nelson, Sheldon Johnson and Shannon Wager lead a team of intelligent, dedicated and hard working, experienced individuals able to field crews anywhere in the country.

 

Bradd Mlaskoch - Owner / Field Supervisor

 Has 22 years experience in the field, including 19 years as field supervisor.  In charge of all bidding, negotiating, and contracts.  Bradd oversees all jobs in process, and communicates with foremen on a daily basis.  Operates 475 Case Plow Cat, 750 John Deere Plow Cat, Directional Bore Unit, 860 Plow Trencher, 8550 Case Plow Trencher, Ditch Witch Plow Trencher, and Drop Machine.

 

Shannon Wager - Project Manager

 Has 9 years experience as project manager.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints, and assists with billing.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.

 

Kevin Ketchmark – Project Manager/Estimator

       Has 20 years experience in the field including twelve years as crew foreman and five years as project manager.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints, assists with billing and with RUS bidding process.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.

 

 

Sheldon Johnson – Project Manager

 Has 9 years experience as project manager.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints, and assists with billing.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.

  

 

Dale Carlin - Plow Crew Foreman

  Has a total of 5 years experience in field, including four years as crew foreman.  Operates 475 Case Plow Cat, 750 John Deere Plow Cat, Directional Bore Unit, 860 Plow Trencher, 8550 Case Plow Trencher, Ditch Witch plow Trencher, and Drop Machine.  Oversees and directs all crews at his assigned site.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.

 

Richard Balut, Jr. - Plow Crew Foreman

  Has a total of 10 years experience in field including four years as crew foreman.  Operates 475 Case Plow Cat, 750 John Deere Plow Cat, Directional Bore Unit, 860 Plow Trencher, 8550 Case Plow Trencher, Ditch Witch plow Trencher, and Drop Machine. Oversees and directs all crews at his assigned site.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.

 

Kelly Nelson – Shop Foreman

    Has 9 years experience as shop foreman.  Responsible for all aspects of vehicles/equipments including, repair and maintenance, parts ordering, inventory, body work and painting, assists with vehicle/equipment sales and purchasing, and vehicle registration.  Commercial Vehicle Inspector and assists with DOT compliance.  

 

Danielle Mlaskoch – Operations Manager

       Has 9 years experience as office manager.  Responsible for all day to day operations including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, all aspects of insurance, vehicle registration, DOT compliance, and license requirements.
