Meet The Crew

Bradd Mlaskoch – President and Owner  Has 26 years of experience in the field including 23 years as field supervisor.  In charge of all bidding, negotiating and contracts.  Oversees all jobs and communicates with our Project managers and Crew Foremen on a daily basis.  Operates 475 Case Plow Cat, 750 John Deere Plow Cat, Directional Bore Unit, 860 Plow Trencher, 8550 Case Plow Trencher, Ditch Witch Plow Trencher and Drop Machine..

 Kelly Nelson – Shop Foreman  Has 13 years experience as Shop Foreman.  Responsible for all aspects of vehicles/equipment including repair and maintenance, parts ordering, inventory, body work and painting, assists with vehicle/equipment sales and purchasing and vehicle registration.  Assists with DOT compliance, Commercial Vehicle Inspector and City of St. Cloud Excavator Certified.
                                                                                        
Shannon Wager – Project Manager  Has over 18 years experience in the utility industry and is in his 13th year as Project Manager for Mlaskoch.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints and assists with billing.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.

Shawn Bennett – Project Manager  Has over 6 years experience in the utility industry and is in his 2nd year as Project Manager for Mlaskoch.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints and assists with billing.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.

Craig (Chris) Thompson – Crew Foreman  Has 13 years experience in the utility industry and is in his 10th year as Crew Foreman for Mlaskoch.  Operates 473 Case Plow Cat, 750 John Deere Plow Cat, 860 Plow Trencher, 8550 Case Plow Trencher, Ditch Witch Plow Trencher and Drop Machine.  Oversees and directs all crews at his assigned site.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.
